Susan McCormack - Managing Partner: Susan has over 20 years of diversified responsibilities including survey-based research, best practice research, marketing, management and administration. Susan has significant experience in retail, oil and gas exploration and technology start-ups.

Patricia Murrin MBA CPIM - Sr. Associate
Patricia Murrin has over twenty years of experience with Fortune 100 companies both as a practitioner (General Electric, Warner-Lambert) and consultant. Her experience spans the supply chain, from customer to supplier. She has held management positions in quality assurance, systems design and implementation, sales forecasting, inventory management / distribution requirements planning, as well as customer service and distribution.
A graduate of the BSI Lead Assessor Program for ISO 9000 Series Standards, she is skilled in quality assurance, including supplier certification, quality tools and implementing quality management systems based on the ISO 9000 Series Standards. As Manager of Supplier Quality Assurance for GE Plastics, she enhanced the supplier certification program, initiated supplier quality agreements, developed supplier measurements, developed and delivered ISO 9000 workshops for GE Plastics' suppliers, and performed supplier quality audits. While with Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer) she developed a new division's customer service and distribution department and created a quality management system (based on the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards) and created a comprehensive set of customer-focused measurements.
Ms. Murrin is well versed in enterprise-wide enabling technologies and has provided software selection, project management and hands-on support for a number of systems implementations including ERP. She has led business process re-engineering initiatives at many companies where key supply chain processes were significantly improved.
Ms. Murrin is an elected member of Technical Development Steering Committee of the global Supply Chain Council (SCC), responsible for development and enhancement of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR Ć) Model. She has been an active member of several SCC project teams since 1999, including Metrics, Plan, Collaboration, and Best Practices research. She is trained and experienced in the application of the SCOR Model for defining, assessing and improving material and information flow throughout supply chains. 
Ms. Murrin is Certified (CPIM) by APICS, the Educational Society for Resource Management. She has been an APICS Chapter instructor in Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Just-in-Time. She is a past VP of the Albany, NY APICS Chapter. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Maine and an M.B.A. with a focus in Operations Management from the State University of New York at Albany. 

  Michael ConantI- Sr. Associate is a highly experienced business manager with over 30 years of leadership in business and technology. Leadership positions involved supply chain management including planning and scheduling, logistics, materials management, distribution, warehousing, quality assurance, finance, production, and information technology. He has managed projects for numerous business change and information systems initiatives including MRP II systems and worldwide ERP. Mr. Conant's roles included organizational and process change, software selection, implementation, and “go-live” for manufacturing operations of a $12 billion Fortune 50 company. He has also served as Executive Project Lead, senior management advisor and specialty consultant for a number of other business improvement projects. He has an extensive background in supply chain management, manufacturing and distribution operations, and enterprise-wide systems implementation.

Mr. Conant has direct, hands on experience in planning and scheduling, materials flow, inventory management, and vendor managed replenishment. He has demonstrated successes in project management, new product start-ups, new ventures, managing to Class A MRP II, and setting and executing strategic plans. He is skilled in customer-focused linkage of vision, strategy, process and technology and has facilitated clients in their successful translation of vision to business strategy and objectives.
